About the founder– Natalie Leach
Natalie is energised by mobilising people, excited about change and making a difference in organisations and human lives. Adaptability to change speaks to our ability to succeed in achieving our goals. If we are able to roll with the punches, take risks and look for the opportunities in every situation, then we are better positioned to succeed.
Her exposure to practicing human resources for two decades in organisations in various sectors in different life stages, in both Corporate’s and small and medium size business mastered her HR skillset. Whilst in-house managing the day to day operations the much needed HR projects were put on the back burner due to limited capacity and financial constraints. This is where Hands-on HR comes in, to partner with SME’s and or task teams to execute on your projects Or as retained services you require for an agreed term, allowing you affordable access to an HR expert as and when required.
Natalie obtained a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and Professional registration as a Chartered Human Resources Professional with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) and Ex-Officio Commissioner of Oaths.
She believes that if we want to optimize growth in our businesses we need to adapt to the new world of work, shifting from traditional HR approaches to agile people practices embracing change to optimize our productivity.
